Why Work with Me
Personal Training
For those who are not comfortable working out with a group, I got you covered because of the one-on-one sessions.
Desired Venue
You as well have the flexibility of where you will prefer working out. There is the option of the gym, home or neutral venue, depending on the fitness goals.
Choice of Time
Due to the difference in activities, you have the options of working out either in the mornings and in the evenings.
1. Fitness Consultation
We begin with a fitness consultation where we discuss on your goals, how long we can realistically achieve it, fitness related weaknesses just to mention a few.
2. Fitness Assessment
After stretches and warmups, I begin physically assessing you with a couple of exercises. Before then, I check vital information like size, weight, height etc.
3. Workouts
The workouts will be instructed based on the consultation and assesment. That way you will have routines catergorised in either Beginner, Intermidiate or Advanced.
4. Dieting
Dieting is essential in achieving fitness goals, that is, what you eat or drink and how much quantity you take will go a very long way. Therefore dieting tips and advice will be given to you in order to attain your fitness goals.

Hello! I’m Sako Jason, a Personal trainer, Web Developer and Graphic designer based in Buea, South West Region, Cameroon and I have a passion for fitness. I began my personal training career in October 2022 as a result of my passion for fitness. I am a certified Personal Trainer and I have racked up some experience in the field by training enough clients across different genders and ages.
In addition to the fitness field, I also have a career in tech as a certified Web Developer which has seen me build a couple of websites both for clients and personal use. I also have agained the skills in graphic designing and digital marketing.
